So I paid the 200$ to have it inspected, long story short I was told I needed a new drive shaft and that ran me up to 1,900$ the noise was still there. I go back to ask why the noise was still there after getting it back (3-26-26)and paying that much the | Read Full Review

I wasn’t planning to post about this, but on my drive home I decided to share my experience about today because this is now the second time this has happened at this location. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. I prepaid for these services through the Advantage Plan, as I always do. Because a tire ro | Read Full Review

I am not happy at all with Southtown Dodge. I took my truck in there with a check engine light on. They said it was because my oil pressure switch was bad and replaced it as well as a windshield washer nozzle. Charged me $500 something to fix it. Then 2 days later the check engine light came on again for the same thing. This time I n | Read Full Review

I traded in September 2025 a 2018 traverse with 70000 miles for a 2019 Chrysler pacifica with 63k miles. The day after I bought it the service engine light came on along with my remote start light. I called service they said it was probably the battery, they replaced it. The next day light came on again i made an apt to bring it in. | Read Full Review

The salesman was kind enough to bring the car inside the service/detail bay when it was 8° outside, and was very polite during the test drive. However, when we expressed concerns about a rust spot in the paint (2023 model year), that's when everything shifted. We were given the age-old "any lower on the price and we're losing money" | Read Full Review

I had a great experience at Southtown! Although I wasn’t super serious about buying a car that day, Jalen responded to my inquiries quickly and professionally, had quick availability for a test drive, and had the car gassed up and ready to drive when I got there. There was no pressure to buy, just great service. I walked out 2 hours | Read Full Review
